Our mission is to provide educational materials, workshops, and seminars designed to assist individuals with mental health, career advancement, and practical solutions to help manage workplace issues.

Our vision is to make mental health a non-negotiable priority for people everywhere coupled with long-term career development to become a healthy and productive member of society.

Stay tuned for meaningful and eye-opening chats with me, your host, Justin Alan Hayes, as we share, listen, learn, and love fellow humans as they continue to grow and flourish in their own way.

In the latest episode (7), Justin Alan Hayes interviews Dr. Tim Collins, President of Walsh University. From fighter pilot to President of Walsh University, Dr. Tim Collins has always served others. Realizing that he could only help others if he first helped himself, Dr. Tim Collins has experienced first-hand how mental health is integrated into the DNA of every human being with "the aim to develop students' mind, body and spirit" at Walsh University.  You learn more about Walsh University at: www.walsh.edu, FacebookTwitterLinkedInYouTube & Instagram
