What Does Voices for Voices Do?

The enthusiasm and support of the community for Voices for Voices has been remarkable! There isn’t a day that goes by that Founder and Executive Director Justin Alan Hayes where at least one organization and/or person in the community asks how they can help the Mission and Vision of Voices for Voices. So, we thought it would be a good idea to share the Mission and Vision of Voices for Voices with the world, since we are available and accessible to all. First and foremost, Voices for Voices was established and founded in 2020 and is a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization. The Voices for Voices EIN is: 87-0932840

Voices for Voices drives toward the Mission and Vision each and every day. The mechanics or tactics that underpin our Mission and Vision come in three (3) ways:

  1. Informing and Educating: Voices for Voices Informs and Educates through established facts, online resources, telephone numbers, podcast episodes, meet-ups and events. The established facts can be found on the Voices for Voices website (https://www.voicesforvoices.org), the Voices for Voices social media Instagram and Facebook profiles, the Voices for Voices podcast, meet-ups and events, such as the 2022 Annual A Brand New Day Conference that will be held Wednesday, October 12th at the Iconic Canton Cultural Center for the Arts. Tickets for the 2022 Annual A Brand New Day Conference are available to the public and can be purchased for $20 by visiting https://www.eventbrite.com/e/321319945607

  2. Intake, Refer, Follow-Up and Follow Through: Voices for Voices guides individuals in their moments of need to pre-defined networks of medical and clinical professionals (licensed doctors, therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, etc.) within one week of outreach, with the option of Voices for Voices financial sponsorship.

  3. Workforce Development and Advancement: Voices for Voices utilizes the exclusive The House of You® curriculum that prepares all individuals to not only bolster their workforce foundation but will ultimately lead to workforce freedom and satisfaction regardless of whether an individual has an interest in the trades, military, office, business and any other employment path an individual may want to take. This curriculum applies to anyone regardless of whether an individual is just starting their career, transitioning careers, starting/acquiring a business or has interest in the gig economy.
